Jaclyn Thibodeau-DaSilva has been a dedicated member of the Bethel Healthcare campus team for over 12 years, serving in various leadership roles including positions in the Business Office and as Assistant Administrator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Financial Accounting from Western Connecticut State University. She recently completed the Long-Term Health Care Management Graduate Program at the University of Connecticut.
Jaclyn is passionate about long-term care and is actively pursuing her goal of becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Through her internship experiences across multiple National Health Care facilities in Connecticut, she has gained valuable insights and a deeper appreciation for the organization’s collective commitment to kindness, compassion, service, and excellence.
